Refund policy

Template text. Please have it reviewed and replaced by a qualified professional before launch.

Before design starts

If you cancel before we start designing, you'll receive a full refund.

Because each invitation is made by hand, orders already in progress can be refunded at 50%, or credited in full towards another design.

Once you've approved and published your invitation, the order is complete and not refundable.

If we miss an Express delivery deadline, the Express fee is refunded automatically.
